Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rehearsal AI ("the Service"), operated through tryrehearsal.ai, our mobile applications for iOS and Android, and associated platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Service Description

Rehearsal AI is an AI-powered professional skills platform that helps ambitious professionals and students build career-critical skills through interactive learning and realistic practice. Our services include:

• Skill Briefs: interactive micro-learning modules covering professional skills, management concepts, and industry knowledge
• AI voice interviews with real-time feedback, powered by our DeepProbe technology that adapts follow-up questions based on your responses
• Aptitude practice with a curated bank of MCQ-based assessments
• Company profiles and role-specific preparation resources covering 236+ companies and 297+ roles
• AI-powered chat for contextual learning support using your interview and learning history
• Analytics dashboard tracking your learning progress and interview performance
• Notebooks: auto-generated Q&A journal from your learning and interview sessions
• CV analysis tools for career preparation

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated feedback is intended as a learning and preparation aid and does not guarantee specific outcomes in actual interviews, hiring decisions, or professional performance.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account using Google OAuth, Microsoft OAuth, or Email OTP. Limited features are available in guest mode without creating an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period. Each account is for individual use only and may not be shared with others.

Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require payment. By purchasing a plan or subscription:

• You agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices on Apple App Store and Google Play Store may vary by region and are displayed in local currency
• Payments may be processed through Apple In-App Purchase (iOS), Google Play Billing (Android), or our external payment providers, depending on how you access the Service
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date through your device settings or payment provider

Refunds

For subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing, billing and refund policies are governed by Apple's and Google's respective terms. To request a refund for these purchases, you must contact Apple or Google directly through their respective refund processes.

For subscriptions purchased outside of app stores, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact contact@gradeless.ai for refund enquiries. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes affecting their current plan.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time through the account settings in our mobile app or by contacting us at contact@gradeless.ai.

• Upon requesting deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this period, you may cancel the deletion by logging back in
• After 30 days, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted
• Deletion of your account will result in the loss of all associated data, including interview history, Skill Brief progress, aptitude scores, Notebook entries, and subscription entitlements (except where managed by Apple or Google)
• To cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google, you must cancel separately through your device settings before requesting account deletion

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models or proprietary technology
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell Skill Brief content, AI feedback, interview questions, or other content from the platform
• Record, redistribute, or publicly share AI interview sessions or AI-generated feedback without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our team
• Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to Skill Brief content, the DeepProbe technology, interview question banks, aptitude assessments, AI models, assessment frameworks, company profiles, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Rehearsal AI (Gradeless AI) and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your content: You retain ownership of the content you submit through the platform, including interview responses, CV data, and Notebook entries. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, process, and analyse it for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Our content: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or its content without our prior written consent. The Rehearsal and DeepProbe names and marks are trademarks of Gradeless AI.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated feedback, scores, and recommendations are provided for learning and preparatory purposes only and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of professional outcomes, interview performance, or career advancement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rehearsal AI (Gradeless AI), its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Costs of procuring substitute services
• Any outcomes related to actual interviews, hiring decisions, or professional performance
• Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated feedback or recommendations

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rehearsal AI (Gradeless AI) and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the platform, via email, or through in-app notifications. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at contact@gradeless.ai. We will attempt to resolve the matter within 30 days of receiving your notice.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
